Point of Sale (POS) Integration

Activation: The one-time fee to activate this module for your website is $250 (plus separate fees charged by our partner - see Addmi/ClubExpress POS).

ClubExpress has partnered with Addmi to provide clubs and associations a POS system to use at your facilities (for example, a restaurant or bar) that integrates with your ClubExpress website. Members and non-members can make purchases and all transactions and payments are sent to ClubExpress. For members, Addmi verifies the member's identity and status, and saves the transaction and payment information to their profile, so members can view their history of charges. Admins will also be able to identify POS charges in financial reports.

Members and non-members can pay for their items using a POS device in person and receive an itemized receipt in their inbox. You can also allow members to maintain a tab of charges to pay weekly or monthly through your website.

The POS system also supports online menus using QR codes, portable POS devices and registers.

Setup and Usage

Note: Addmi offers an online help system and technical support for their services. Please refer to your Addmi account for support with their POS system.

The integration requires you to set up the layout of your location (for example, a bar with seating and tables) and items available for purchase. You'll also determine how visitors will make purchases, either using a volunteer or employee taking orders, through a QR code at their seat, or a kiosk.

Members making purchases can enter their member ID to find themselves in the system and make purchases. They'll receive an itemized receipt including their charges, and all charges will be categorized in their Histories as "Point of Sale".
