Task Manager

The Task Manager can be used by clubs and associations to create and manage tasks from start to finish. These might include repairs to club facilities, HOA members reporting problems that need to be resolved, or any other special projects or internal processes you want to track.

Tasks are categorized, prioritized and assigned to a responsible staff member. Each primary task can also have sub-tasks with their own category, location, etc. Tasks can also have photos and documents included, and notes.

Optionally, administrators can allow members to submit tasks through their member profile, and view previously submitted tasks. The Task Manager can also be place don the website menu, to allow members to view the status of selected tasks.
