Secretaries

Club and association secretaries will use tools to manage members, like the surveys module, and tools to manage the organization, like the document library. Many of the items used will require coordinating with Board Members and any other Directors. For example, in setting up folders within the document library the Secretary would likely determine folders needed based on the needs of that department.
