Reservations in the Member Profile

When the Resource Scheduler module is enabled, a new link appears in the Histories section of the Member Profile.

Clicking this link displays a screen similar to the following:

Reservation History Screen

Use this screen to view your resource reservation history.

Select a time period from the drop-down menu to filter your results by either the previous 12 or 24 months, or view all reservations.

The Description of the reservation will list the resource, reservation date and time.

The Status column will show if a reservation has been Approved, is Waiting for Approval, or Canceled if the administrator has not approved the reservation.

The Amount column will show the amount paid for the reservation. Note if a reservation has been canceled, the column will be blank.

Clicking the Delete icon will prompt you to confirm you wish to cancel your reservation.
