You must have your club or association's mobile app installed on a device and be logged in to use Direct Messaging for the first time. Once you've installed the app and logged in, you can send messages from either your mobile device, or your organization's website.
You can access Direct Messaging three ways:
- In your club's mobile app by tapping the Messages icon
- On desktop, in your Member Profile, under Your Website Functions
- On desktop, in your Member Widget
The Message Inbox is where you'll find all your conversations, message requests (both sent and received) and where you can manage your blocked contacts.
Select an existing conversation to view it and exchange messages. To return to the Message Inbox, tap Inbox.
