Your organization may ask you to provide documents as part of your membership. These documents can be optional, like pictures of a boat or a writing sample, or required like a license or certificate.
Attachments can be uploaded as part of membership signup, renewal, or they can be managed through your Member Profile, under More Member Options.
Select Attachments to view the list of attachment options from your organization, along with a legend of document statuses. Each attachment includes your organization's description, and if you've uploaded an attachment, you'll see the file name and upload date.
Attachments for Approval
Some attachments may require administrator approval before they're accepted, and a blue dot will indicate that they are Pending.
Attachment Versions
Your organization may require you to upload new versions of a document, such as a license, as they become available. If this is the case, you'll see the option to Add a new document even if you've already uploaded one.
Editing and Removing Attachments
To replace an attachment with a new upload, select the Edit (pencil) icon to upload the replacement. Select the Delete icon to remove the attachment.
Your organization may have disabled the option to delete some attachments. Contact your administrator if you have questions.
