The search results will display in a grid below the search panel including
- Member name
- Purchase date
- Visit Date
- Payment status (paid or not paid)
- Whether or not a waiver has been signed
Select the View icon in the Maintain Column to view basic information about the guest(s) using the pass(es), including the guest name, email address, mobile phone number and whether or not they have signed the release waiver. When viewing Guest information, the options available will vary based on whether or not the guest has paid and/or signed the release waiver. The guest will only be sent the release waiver to sign once payment has been completed, so if the past has not been paid for you will not see the option to resend the waiver (and of course, you will not see a signature for the waiver).
A transaction may include multiple guests, each with different statuses (for example, in a transaction including three guests, two will have signed a waiver and the third guest's waiver may not have been signed yet). The statuses will be based on the specific non-member.
- If the guest has signed the release waiver, you will see View icon. In the screenshot below, Sara Zoolander has signed the release waiver. Select the View icon to view the guest's signature.
- If the guest has not signed the release waiver, you will see the option to edit the non-member record using the Edit icon in the Add/Edit Non-Member pop-up window. Additionally, you will see icons allowing you to resend the waiver via text or email.
- If the guest has not signed the release waiver and the guest pass has not been paid for, you will see an Edit icon. Select the Edit icon to open the Add/Edit Non-Member pop-up window to edit the non-member record for the guest.
Select the Payment icon to proceed to the standard payment page and apply a payment to the member's account.
Select the Cancel (trashcan) icon to cancel the guest passes for the guest. This will send a cancellation email to the user. If the pass has been paid for, the transaction will be credited back to the member's account.
