Once you've added your survey, you'll return to the Survey Manager to add question.
Use the search panel to find your survey.
Click the Pages/Questions icon.
The first page (page “0”) is the Scratch Pad. This page is never displayed. It’s a good place to put questions that you’re working on and don’t yet know on what page they will appear. Following the Scratch Pad are one or more pages, each of which contains one or more questions.
Click the Add Page button to add a page. The page Name is used on the administration screen, while the page Heading is shown on the page itself when people take surveys. Click the Page Sequence button to change the order of pages.
Once you've added at least one page, you can begin adding questions. See:
