There are two ways to reset your Username and Password on your organization's website:
Option 1: Forgot Username and/or Password
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can easily reset these from the login screen of your website using the following steps.
- Click the Member Login button on your website and click the Forgot Username/Password option.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click the Send Reset Email button.
An email will be sent to that address with instructions and a links to set a new username and/or password. The link provided in the email will remain active for 20 minutes. If that time expires, you will have to restart the password reset process.
If multiple member accounts are found under the same email address, then the reset password email will contain the option to reset each of the accounts.
- Upon clicking the Set a new password link, you will be taken to your organization's website where you will enter a new password and optionally change your username.
- Finally, you will then be taken to the login page to login with your updated username and password.
Option 2: You can or are already logged in
If you know your password, but need to update it for security reasons, or if you have forgotten your password, but are automatically logged in by the Remember Me log in option, you can update your password from your member profile page with the following steps.
Click on your name at the top of your webpage and select the Profile option
Click on the User Name / Password box
- Enter a new password and optionally change your username
- Save your changes
