If an event requires a release agreement, a Release Agreement/Waiver screen will appear as a part of the registration. Click the pencil icon next to your name to see a pop-up window with the "I agree to the terms of the waiver" checkbox and a place to digitally sign the waiver. Then click the Save button to submit your waiver and proceed with registration.
The system will store your signature and the date, time when the release agreement was signed.
If you have Guests as a part of your registration you will see the option to have them sign the release as well. Note that you should not sign the release for another person unless they are an individual under the age of 18 under your guardianship.
If a guest is not present to sign the waiver themselves, then you may continue the registration without their signature. The guest can find the waiver to sign on their own in a number of ways:
- A link to sign the waiver will be emailed to them if the system has a record of their email address
- Guests that are also members can find the option to sign the waiver in the Event History section of their member profile
- Admins may allow guests to sign the waiver when they arrive to an event in person
For questions about your event's specific waiver, please see your Event Contacts on the event details page, or contact your site administrators.
