Navigate to the Control Panel > People Tab > Website Modules > Check-In Desk.
Enter a Member Number, Last Name, or First Name, and click the Search button. The screen will refresh to show matching members.
If the coordinator doing lookups also has rights to the People Manager function, a Profile link will be displayed, allowing the coordinator to jump over to the member's profile.
Once you select a member to check in and record the check-in (if the check-in is not automatically recorded), you will receive a confirmation message. The cursor will return to the starting field for the next lookup.
Checking a Member Out
If this option has been enabled, you can record a checkout for any member currently checked in. Search for the member and confirm they have been checked in by looking for the Member Already Checked In icon at the top right corner of the member's result card. Select the checkbox next to the member, then select Record Checkout.
You will only see the option to check a member out if they have previously been checked in.
