Navigate to the Control Panel > Communications Tab > Website Modules > Discussion Forums.
Select the Configure – Forums Policy button to define your club’s global policies for forum behavior, message posting, and replying.
Click Delete to delete an existing forums policy; click Save to save your changes; or click Cancel to exit without saving your changes.
If forum policies are defined, a button – Our Forums Policy appears on the main forum screen, making it easy for members to view this policy before participating in forums.
