You can assign members, non-member volunteers and contractors to a metro area. For Villages collecting a secondary address, you can specify a metro area for the second address.
Assigning Members and Non-Members
Navigate to the Control Panel > People Tab > Admin Functions > People Manager.
Find the member or non-member in the People Manager.
In either the Member Profile - Contact Info (for members) or the Contact Info for non-members, find the Metro Area dropdown and choose the area.
Assigning Volunteers (Member or Non-Member)
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Setup section > Service Providers.
Search for the Service Provider, then click the Edit icon to change their Metro Area.
