System Emails cannot be turned off on an individual basis, with a noted exception below. System Emails can only be disabled by ClubExpress on an all-or-nothing basis; you cannot choose individual emails to disable.
Renewal Notices can be disabled by an administrator (or coordinator) in Renewal/Expiration Settings.
The following emails cannot be disabled, even if System Emails have been disabled:
- Forum emails, if a forum is set to send out emails and members explicitly subscribe to receive these emails
- Event Auto-Reminders
- Volunteering Auto-Reminders
- Blast Emails (members can opt out of these individually in their Member Profile)
- Emails to members of a Committee using the Send Email to Members button (only administrators and coordinators can see the button)
- For Aging-in-Place Villages using RunMyVillage, Service Request Auto-Reminders configured in Service Options
