Fully vetted member and non-member volunteers can sign up for Service Requests on their own if the Village uses the Volunteer Self-Signup feature. If you aren't sure your Village offers this option, contact your website administrator.
Find the option on your Village menu.
If you are a logged-in member, you'll see open requests available for signup. You'll be prompted to enter your Volunteer username and password if you are a non-member volunteer.
In each case, volunteers will see Open Requests they qualify to complete.
Click the Request Description icon to view a description of the request. Click the View/Select icon to view all request details and sign up.
Click Confirm to assign yourself as the Service Provider and commit to the Request.
