Fully vetted member and non-member volunteers can sign up for Service Requests on their own if the Village uses the Volunteer Self-Signup feature. If you aren't sure your Village offers this option, contact your website administrator.
Find the option on your Village menu.
If you are a logged-in member, you'll see open requests available for signup. You'll be prompted to enter your Volunteer username and password if you are a non-member volunteer.
In each case, volunteers will see Open Requests they qualify to complete.
Click the Committed Requests tab. Click the View icon to add final details and complete the request.
Enter the appropriate details, check the box to mark the request as Completed, and click Save.
If you need to edit any details, like mileage, you can find the request in the Completed/Past Requests tab.
