Villages can configure a standard list of reasons for members to cancel their service requests.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Service Tab > Setup section > Cancellation Reasons.
The system includes a small number of standard reasons that cannot be removed. Click the Add Cancel Reason button to see a standard popup dialog to specify a new reason. In the grid, click the Edit icon to edit a reason or change its visibility.
The drop-down list of reasons will always appear in alphabetical order.
