Select Configure > Locations to add a list of frequently used locations for tasks. Each location you add will have associated sub-locations.
The Task Manager Locations screen shows all the locations you've added and the number of associated sub-locations.
The club facilities include multiple lots to maintain, so we'll add one primary location called Club Facilities, and sub-locations for individual sections.
Select Add Location to add a main location. Enter the name. The status of all new locations is Active. You can edit the location any time to change the status to Disabled. When you disable a location, you won't see it as an option to select when adding new tasks.
Once you've added a primary location, find it in the list of locations and click the sub-location icon to add associated sub-locations.
The Sub-Locations screen is where you'll add and manage all sub-locations of a primary location. Select Add Sub-Location to add a new sub-location. The default status for all new sub-locations is Active; you can edit the sub-location at any time to change the status to Disabled.
