Use the search panel to find the task.
Click the Responsible Staff icon in the Maintain Column to view a list of available staff members to assign to the primary task, and the staff members already assigned. Use the arrows to add and remove members from the list of responsible staff. Any staff member associated with the category and sub-category will appear in the list and can be removed.
If a staff member was added as the Primary Responsible Staff in the basic information for the primary task, their name will appear grayed out. To remove the Primary Responsible Staff member, you'll need to reassign the primary task to another staff member.
