Use the search panel to find the task you want to copy.
Click the Copy icon in the Maintain Column.
In the Copy Task pop-up, choose whether you want to make one copy or multiple copies. If you're making multiple copies, you'll choose the schedule (daily, weekly, monthly or annually) and the frequency (for example, multiple copies of a lawn mowing task which repeat every two weeks). When you copy a task, all sub-tasks are automatically copied, but you'll determine if attachments are also copied with the new request. You'll also set the status for all new copies. Choose your date range, then click Copy Task to create the task(s).
