Usually, delivery issues are the result of the member not receiving a valid Push Notification key after logging into the app. You can typically resolve the error quickly on your own.
- Ask the member to uninstall, then reinstall their app. Be sure to have the member allow notification and log in successfully.
- Once you confirm they've logged in, on the Notification manager, click Bad Devices.
- Find the member's device and click the icon in the Maintain Column to clear the error.
