If members of your organization have physical and/or virtual membership cards, those cards can be quickly scanned to record a member's attendance to an event.
Requirements:
- The attendee must be a member of your organization
- They must have either a physical or virtual membership card
- The membership card must contain a barcode of their member number
Marking Attendance:
To mark a member attended, an admin must visit the event and select the Attendance option from the event description page:
Select the option to Scan with camera. Hold the membership card steadily in front of your device's camera with the barcode in center view. A green box should appear around the barcode and a red line will appear across the barcode once it is read. If the barcode matches a member that is registered for the event, the option to mark or un-mark the member as attended will appear.
You may need to allow ClubExpress to access your device's camera.
The smaller the barcode on the membership card, the more difficult it may be for the camera to read the member number.
