If your organization allows logged-in members to post their own Collectible items, you'll see a link in your Member Profile under Your Website Functions.
You can add a Collectible from scratch, or by copying an existing Collectible to start.
Adding a New Collectible
Click Add Collectible to add an item. The fields you see will vary depending on the items your organization tracks and your organization's settings. Fill in the required fields. Choose Draft from the Status menu if you want to save the item as a Draft. If you're ready to submit your Collectible, choose Active from the Status menu. If your organization allows photos, choose whether to use one photo or an album (if your organization supports member photo albums). When you're finished, click Save to add the item.
Copying a Collectible
Click the Copy icon (clipboard) to copy your item. All details, images, and properties are copied to the new Collectible. Click the Edit (pencil) icon to edit the details of the new Collectible.
