If your organization uses the Member Gallery module, you'll see a new option under Your Website Functions in your Member Profile.
Gallery Profile
Choose an album from your gallery albums to be the featured album on your gallery page. The featured album is the album other gallery visitors will see when they visit your gallery profile. Choose a preview image for your Gallery from your device. The preview image is the image gallery visitors will see with your name. Enter a title for your Gallery Bio, and contact information, if the contact information you want listed with your Gallery is different from the contact information in your Member Profile.
The information displayed in your Gallery Bio will respect the settings you enabled in your member directory.
Managing Gallery Albums
Your gallery consists of your Gallery Profile and your featured photo album. Select Manage Photo Albums to manage the photo albums in your Gallery.
Only one album can be displayed in your Gallery at a time.
Select Add Photo Album to add a new album to your Gallery.
Specify the album name and text that can be used if the album is placed on the menu (which is often shorter.) You can also specify whether the album will be available to all website visitors or whether it should only be visible to members. You can also enter a short description.
Click Save or Cancel to return to the Photo Album Manager screen.
Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to your album to add and manage photos.
Select Add One Photo to add a single image to your album. This popup allows you to configure detailed image information (Latin Name, Substrate, copyright information, etc.). If you select Add Multiple Photos, you will only configure the title, tags, artist and date. You will need to edit individual images (using the Edit/pencil icon) in order to add specific details.
The details you enter for your image will display under the image when site visitors view your individual gallery.
To italicize a word or phrase, you'll need to add italics tags ( ) at the beginning and end of the word or phrase.
Plantaginaceae Digitalis purpurea will appear as Plantaginaceae Digitalis purpurea
To change the display sequence of images in your photo album, select Display Sequence. Select Configure Album to edit the album details (name, description, visibility).
