You can reserve resources, like equipment or club facilities, for a few hours or entire days.
Some Resources may only be available to logged-in members.
When you navigate to the Resource Scheduler from the website menu, you'll see a list of available categories. Select the View button to display the items in each category.
Select Reserve to reserve an item listed in the category.
Reserving a Daily or Overnight Resource: If you're reserving a daily or overnight Resource, like a cabin, you'll see one month at a time. Each Resource is listed at the top of the Scheduling Calendar. You can find the day you want to reserve the item and select it.
Reserving an Hourly Resource: If you're reserving an hourly Resource, like golf clubs, your organization will configure time increments and days. You can select a time slot.
In either case, follow the instructions in the Reservation pop-up. The fields required will vary depending on the organization's settings. Some Resources may require a minimum number of days/nights. Read the organization's rules and provide any additional details.
If you want to link your Reservation to an event on the organization's calendar, check the box and choose the event from the dropdown menu. Click Next when you're finished.
The organization may require you to agree to terms for the Resource before finalizing the Reservation. When you're ready, click Next.
You may be required to add a title to your Reservation; this title may be visible to other members. Contact the website administrator if you have questions.
If you want to email other members about the Reservation, click the link.
When you're ready, click Complete Reservation. If your reservation requires administrator approval, you'll receive an email when the reservation is approved. If the reservation doesn't require approval, you'll go straight to the payment page, if payment is required. Your Reservation won't be complete until you pay the required fee.
You'll receive an email once your reservation is approved. Logged-in members can check their reservation status and history in their Member Profile, under Histories.
