Navigate to the Control Panel > Communications Tab > Setup > Mailing List Categories.
Click the View icon in the Maintain Column for the list.
You'll see basic information for each person on the list. Click the Edit icon to view the profile for the person; for non-members, you'll see the non-member contact pop-up, and for members, you'll see the member's profile. Click the Email icon to email the member or non-member individually (the icon won't appear if an email address hasn't been added). Emails to an individual member or non-member are open in your device's default emailing application, not blast emailing. Finally, you can remove a person from the list by clicking the Delete icon.
