ClubExpress offers many Add-On modules and functions that can be enabled for your website for an additional fee.
To enable one of these options, visit the Add-Ons Manager in the Website tab of your Control Panel. There you will see a list of all available Add-Ons, a description of its functionality, its price, and the option to Activate, Deactivate, or Contact ClubExpress to configure the module.
Activating
Once an Add-On is activated, it should immediately appear in the Control Panel in the appropriate tab.
When an Add-On is activated, the associated cost is added to your account and will be charged at the end-of-month billing along with any other monthly ClubExpress charges such as your monthly hosting fee.
A few Add-Ons have annual prices rather than monthly. These Add-Ons will be billed immediately at the time of activation and will be billed again on the same date on following years.
Disabling
You may choose to disable an Add-On at any time. If you disable an Add-On prior to the last business day of a month, the Add-On will remain active on your website until the end of the month, but no fee will be charged at the end of that month.
Disabled annual Add-Ons will remain active on your website until the next billing date.
Contact ClubExpress
Certain Add-Ons require a more involved process to enable on your website. These Add-Ons will show the Contact ClubExpress option rather than the normal Activate/Deactivate options. Clicking the Contact ClubExpress option will notify ClubExpress Support of your interest in the Add-On and the support team will contact you as soon as possible.
Additional Emails
For organizations with domain names with ClubExpress managing email traffic, Additional Emails allows you to add/remove additional email forwarding addresses to/from your account.
