If you've added the Emailings module to your website menu to allow members to view an archive of emails, you can choose which categories are automatically included. You can also exclude individual emails from listing on the website as you draft them. Here are a couple of examples:
- A club wants to host an archive of emailed newsletters for members.
- An association wants to display an archive of email financial reports to signed-in administrators.
In any case, adding emails to your website menu to show an archive is easy.
- Determine the category you want to include, then check the box to include it on the View side of the module (see Blast Emailing Categories)
- Add the module to your website menu (see Building Your Main Website Menu)
You can choose to add the module to your main member menu, or a specific menu you've added for administrators and volunteers.
If you're sending an email you want excluded, uncheck the box at the top of the Basic Email Information page.
