Navigate to the Control Panel > Communications Tab > Website Modules > Emailing.
This screen lists emails previously created and sent. Each email is shown with the subject, sender, and recipient information, as well as the status:
- Draft (created on <date>) – not yet sent
- Queued for Immediate Delivery
- Scheduled to be sent on <date> – scheduled to be sent
- Sent on <date>
Subgroup Administrators will only see their emails and those created by other administrators of the same subgroup.
Emailing Results
Select the Results (graph) icon in the Maintain Column to display the email results, including the number attempted, the number delivered, and various failure statistics. You can also use the Reports icon to display the standard reports dialog with reports showing who received each email and who did not because of a wrong email address.
Editing Emails
The Edit option allows you to modify emails. If the email has not been sent, this option leads to the editor and a complete set of options (described below.) If the email has been sent, this option only allows you to change the category.
Deleting Emails
Use the Delete option to remove an email from the list altogether. This option should be used cautiously since the deleted email cannot be recovered, and you lose the audit trail of what has been sent. We recommend Archiving emails instead whenever possible.
