To automatically create a Google Calendar event when a new event is added to your ClubExpress calendar, follow the steps on the Creating Zaps page with the following configuration:
Account: connect to an ClubExpress-generated API Key with the Events permission enabled
Trigger Event: Select Events Created Since Last Sync as your trigger event
Test Record: Select a recently created event as your test record
App: Select Google Calendar as your triggered App
Action event: Select Create Detailed Event
Map your Action Configuration:
- Calendar → connect to your desired Google Calendar account
- Summary → 1. Name of Event
- Description → 1. Short Description
- Location → 1. Address of Event
- Start Date & Time → 1. Start Date and Time
- End Date & Time → 1. End Date and Time
Once published, events added or updated on your ClubExpress calendar will automatically appear on your Google Calendar.
