To automatically create a Hubspot Contact when a new member joins your organization, follow the steps on the Creating Zaps page with the following configuration:
Account: connect to an ClubExpress-generated API Key with the Active Memberships permission enabled
Trigger Event: Select Active Members Since Last Sync as your trigger event
Test Record: Select a recent Membership as your test record
Note: If no new members have recently joined, then you may need to create a new test member on your website.
App: Select Hubspot as your triggered App
Action event: Select Create Contact
Account: allow Zapier to access your Hubspot account
Map your Action Configuration:
- Street Address → Physical Address Line 1
- Email → Email Address
- Member email → Email Address
- Last Name → Last Name
- First Name → First Name
- Mobile Phone Number → Mobile Phone
- Phone Number → General Phone
- City → City
- Postal Code → Postal Code
Once published, all future members on your ClubExpress website will automatically appear as contacts in your Hubspot account.
