From Zapier, navigate to your "Zaps". Click the Create button on the Zap Workflows page.
Select the Trigger, and search for ClubExpress and select it as your app.
Select a desired Trigger Event based on updated information polled from ClubExpress.
For the Account, enter your ClubExpress-generated API Key, or select a previously connected account with the associated permissions for your Trigger Event.
Click the Continue button at the bottom of the setup screen to test your trigger.
Be sure that there is recently updated information on your website for Zapier to poll (i.e. a newly created event, a renewed test member, recent event registrant, etc.)
Select a record to use a test and mapping example and click Continue with selected record.
Select your connected App that you would like the Trigger Event to connect to (Google Calendar, HubSpot, or MailChimp)
Select the Action you would like to occur on the connected app.
Now configure your action by mapping the connected ClubExpress fields to the actions fields.
Optionally test your action, and then Publish your Zap. Any future related changes on your ClubExpress website will now trigger your Zap workflow and update your connected app.
