To automatically create a Hubspot Contact from ClubExpress Event Registrants, follow the steps on the Creating Zaps page with the following configuration:
Account: connect to an ClubExpress-generated API Key with the Event Registrations permission enabled
Trigger Event: Select New Event Registration as your trigger event
Test Record: Select a recent event registrant as your test record
Note: Use a record that has at least a first name, last name, email address, phone number, and address information.
App: Select Hubspot as your triggered App
Action event: Select Create Contact
Account: allow Zapier to access your Hubspot account
Map your Action Configuration:
- Street Address → Address line 1
- City → City
- First Name → First Name
- Last Name →
- Email → Email Address
- Member email → Email Address
- Country/Region Code → Country
- Postal Code → Postal Code
- Mobile Phone Number → Mobile Phone
- Phone Number → Phone
Once published, all future primary event registrants on your ClubExpress website will automatically appear as contacts in your HubSpot account.
