Some villages manage service status and the collection of followup information on an individual basis, while others simply flag all past requests as complete and then collect follow up information on an as-available basis. The presumption of this option is that, unless a service request was explicitly cancelled, the member and volunteer connected and the request was fulfilled.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Admin Functions > Member Services.
Click Flag Past Requests.
The grid will display all unfilled service requests prior to the present day, including the service request number, who the service was for, the service type, date, status, the person requesting the service, the request date and the service providers.
To mark unfilled service requests as either canceled or completed, select individual service requests using the checkboxes or all service requests using the Select All box, then select either the Mark as a Canceled button or the Mark as a Completed button. In each case, you will be prompted to confirm your actions.
