Notes are added to the Service Request record each time the status of the request changes. You can view those notes and add your own to each request.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Admin Functions > Member Services.
Use the search panel to find the service request.
Click the Notes (yellow note) icon in the Maintain Column.
Request notes added automatically by the system can't be deleted. You can add new notes and delete notes you've added. The name of the person recording the note or changing the Service Request is also recorded.
