When a service provider signs up for a service request through an Automated Open Request email and the requests are set to Pending, ClubExpress provides a way to approve or decline those requests.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Admin Functions > Open Member Requests Pending Approval.
Click the Edit icon to review the Service Request or to make any changes. On the service request screen, you can also review the Service Provider's history. See Working with Selected Service Providers.
Click the link for either the Requesting Member or the Service Provider to view quick contact details.
Click the Approve (thumbs-up) icon to approve the Service Provider. Click the Decline (thumbs-down) icon to decline the Service Provider. In each case, the system will notify them via email of the selection.
