Cancelling a Service Request maintains the record of the request but removes it from the list of open requests. When you cancel a request, you enter a cancellation reason for the record (see Cancellation Reasons).
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Admin Functions > Member Services.
Use the search panel to find the service request.
Cancelling a Request
Click the Cancel (red/white x) icon in the Maintain Column.
Hover over the icon to view the name as a tooltip.
Select the reason for canceling the request and, optionally, send emails to the requesting member and service provider.
Deleting a Request
Click the Delete (trashcan) icon to delete the service request.
This action cannot be reversed, so be sure of the request before you make any changes.
