ClubExpress allows a service request to be created and saved without a date. This is necessary if you must match the member’s need with the times when a service provider is available (some requests, such as a visit to the grocery store, can be performed at different times.) Service Requests without a date can appear on the main Service Request screen. You can view only requests without a date, separate from all other service requests.
Some villages use this screen to store “template” requests for members that are needed repeatedly; when a request is needed, you copy it with a specific date and time, and the copy appears on the main Service Requests screen.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Admin Functions > Requests Without a Date.
You can optionally filter by Requesting Member and/or Service Type. Click the Filter button to apply a filter and the Reset button to clear the filter.
The system will show all matching service requests without a date. Click the Edit icon to edit the service request. Click the Delete icon to delete the service request.
Once a date has been assigned to a service request, it will disappear from this display and be shown on the main services calendar instead.
Click the Copy icon to make copies of a service request. When you make copies, a date and time must be assigned; the copies will disappear from this list.
