For Service Requests where a Service Provider hasn't been assigned, either because one hasn't been chosen or you're waiting for a callback, you can use Open Member Requests to find the request.
Navigate to the Control Panel > Services Tab > Admin Functions > Open Member Requests.
You'll see requests with Requested, Pending, or Confirmed status.
If a volunteer calls back to follow up on a request, you can sort by Service Provider to quickly find their name in the list or filter the search panel by service provider.
If the same request includes multiple service providers (for transportation to and from a destination, for example), the request will be listed twice, once for each service provider.
Click the Edit icon to edit the request, including assigning a Service Provider, editing the status of the Service Provider or changing any details for the request.
For requests without an assigned Service Provider, click the Delete icon.
If a Service Provider has been contacted but not confirmed, you can remove the provider from the request or adjust their availability or vacation schedule.
